A (Late) Last Minute Halloween Look

Let me explain. I wanted to do some Halloween looks this year, but the past week was such a busy time for me. Over a period of 5 days, I was literally home for a minimum of 3 hours. There was no way I could of gotten anything done - So yeah, that was my poor excuse for not getting anything done.. Now onto the main purpose of this post.

As some of you may know, I have a daughter so I pretty much had to get ready for Halloween x2. She went as Elsa while I went as a clown. After getting my daughter ready with her Elsa dress, wig and makeup, I finally went in on my halloween makeup. Note that by the time I was finished with her, I had about an hour and a half to get ready before trick-or-treating started. With that said, you can tell that this was a fairly easy and quick look to create.

For my base, I did my regular routine with foundation, concealer, bronzer, contour, highlight, blush, and brows. On my eyes, I used some shadows from the ABH Modern Renaissance palette & Morphe 35OM palette to create a super dark, purple/red smoked out eye. To create the points around the eyes, I took an angled brush to apply some of the Tarte Clay Pot Waterproof Liner. To finish off the eyes, I dug out my most fancy false lashes and then hit my bottom lashes with a boat load of L'oreal Voluminous Mascara. Lastly, for my lips I first applied ColourPop's Ultra Matte Lip in LAX then extended my 'smile' with the same Tarte liner while blending a bit of it into LAX. And that was my easy look for Halloween!

What were you for Halloween?
