Book Review | The Girl On The Train
I'm pretty sure it was two years ago when my mom came home with a sample of this book. When I read it, I was hooked and I had to read it. I don't know why it took so long, but I finally brought myself to purchase it and it was good. The book that I'm talking about it The Girl On The Train. Actually, it was more than good.. It was amazing. I literally couldn't stop reading it and when I did have to put it down, I couldn't stop thinking about it. I finished the book in less than 3 days. Although, if I didn't have any other responsibilities, I believe I could of read it all in one sitting.
This book is filled with mystery and thrill. And if you liked the movie Gone Girl, you will love this. This book constantly had me guessing what the ending would be, but I definitely was not prepared for the plot twist at the end. Basically, it's about a drunk, named Rachel, who gets herself tangled up in a murder case of a woman that she only knew from seeing outside of the train she always rode. (And that's all I want to say before I spoil the story.)
I just found out that they are actually coming out with the movie version and I am so excited to watch it. I don't think there is an exact date as to when it will be in theatres, but whenever it does come out..I'm seeing it!
