Cooking With N, Vol. 2 | Crepes

Today I made crepes! Darwin & I have been craving for this for the longest time. So, this morning we woke up early to go grocery shopping for some ingredients. 

To make the batter, you need to mix: 
2 eggs, 2/3 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp of 
melted butter, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla.

After you mixed that all up and the batter was smooth, pour a bit of the batter into the centre of a pan  and tilt it so that it covered the whole pan (on medium heat, by the way). Let that side cook and then flip it over. The crepe should only be on the pan for around 1 or 2 minutes. 

You can fill the crepe with what ever you want. I put vanilla ice cream in mine and folded it, topped it with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, and strawberries on the side. It was so good that Darwin had to have two.
